under fair, transparent conditions and provide effective training and progression for them where necessary.
TRAINING
Our coaches, youth workers and educators must all undertake relevant components of the Future Champions
RDR Training to ensure their interventions with different types of youth are compassionate, structured and beneficial to the
children involved.
Youngsters wishing to become coaches or trainers are also offered similar training via our Young Leaders
Programme.
QUALITY

and staff who wish to achieve that standard,

educators, youth workers and community partners to engage young people in sports, arts and community
engagement and equip them with the discipline, respect, responsibility and knowledge necessary to move forward
with integrity.
We are committed to providing a level playing field where access to a variety of educational, sporting
and cultural opportunities is the norm and individuals are able to make their own pertinent choices about their future
without economic, social and cultural issues being a barrier to progression.
We are committed to being a visible presence in local, national and international policy issues
where our experience, findings and proposals are of relevance and have benefit.
We will be getting involved in local and national debate over our inaugural year, as well as publishing
and presenting the findings of our pilot projects.
